I waited at the drive-thru for several minutes with no one taking my order, then over 10 minutes at the window with no communication. When I went inside, the same employee (young woman with glasses) came as the manager. While I was explaining the situation, she gave my order to someone else. When I questioned it, she responded with attitude, argued with me about the wait time, and laughed. Very poor customer service and lack of professionalism.
- CACrystal AlvarezMar 20, 20262.0It’s a on going thing I refuse to go on the weekends now I refuse to go on regular days the girl working on my smoothie Aracely was extremely slow and on the weekends that I do go seems like she is slower she has a attitude for no reason this is not the first time she has a bad attitude I got my food way before my smoothie seems like the girls in the morning have more energy then these young girls and don’t have a nasty attitude ! The lady Erika always greets me in a professional manner and I love her attitude thank you for always being kind we need more of her !
