  the food is fire but there’s only 1-3 people actually working everyone else is just lallygagging, took 20 mins for 2 basic orders and i kept getting mean looks, they also forgot toppings, extras and dips, the one on 42nd is way better, i’ve also noticed that on the 42nd one, there’s more teenagers working, maybe teens aren’t the problem

  Place is dirty. food always burnt/bad tasting. Missing items from order and difficult to get stuff you already paid for.. do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

  The store is a little busy this morning. It seems to be a bit short handed. As soon as I walked in some old woman that obviously has PMS is yelling at everyone else working here talking about she needs a Dr Pepper. I don’t know why she can’t walk over there and get it by herself. Kayla took my order. She was very professional very patient. (You have to be patient with me). She was an absolute delight. The old grouchy woman could take lessons from her.

  They wouldn't take my cash payment made me pay with card for my food. Then the food was extremely dry had three chicken twisters two out of the three the person reported the tortilla was too hard to chew.

  Absolutely the worst food we've ever gotten from here. We come often. Bunch of lazy in there for day shirt on thru the 12th. 0 out of 10.
