  I've lived close to this sonic for 7byears now. I've never had issues with them until about 2 years ago, now every 10 orders I put in 9 will be made wrong and they remake it. We'll today they screwed the order up again and when I went to go pick it up they asked for the food they screwed up on, then the manager tried talking to me like im some kinda kid and acting like its my fault they cant make an order correctly. Then he had the nerve to ask me "if we always screw your order up why do you always come back?" Ill be calling the health department and letting them know that sonic takes food back in the building after a customer has contaminated it, that's against health department laws so good luck. Do better

  Ordered a Sonic blast it was melted when I called to speak to the manager one person said that they are the manager i told her the issue and then she hung up on me. I called back and guy answered and said he was the manger i asked him I thought the lady was the manager and he told me she wasn't, so I told him the issue and he told me that the ice cream machine was acting up so I told him why was he selling anything?If it's not working right he told me that corporate told him to keep selling ice-cream I asked so you're going to keep selling something that isn't right he said because he didn't want to get in trouble with corporate 🤔

  On Friday night I got home to see my order was all wrong. The pudgy girl who came to give me my food was horrible. I've been here a handful of time and have gotten good service from other people, but this time it was horrendous. The burgers weren't made right, fries were cold and one of the drinks tasted watered down. Worst part was when I drove by the back to leave thru the hobby lobby you could smell weed and no surprise there was someone in a sonic shirt by the trashcans. This place is such a disaster and it starts with management. If they aren't good leaders then you just have a body filling a spot. I'm surprised this location is still open at this point.
