  We ordered our food at 7:30 went to when it said our food was going to done at 8:30 did not get our food till 9:50 had to wait an extra 8 minutes for wing a total of 2hours and 20 minute wait the cinnamon sticks where hard and the cheese sticks looked like they had been sitting there there was a raw wing and they did not help us out at all never coming back and definitely don’t recommend at all!!!! We ordered take out and spent 115 for all the food to wait 2 hours definitely don’t recommend and never going back minus well stick with little c the food is always up to par and we are definitely not going back this happend the last time we ordered from that Pizza Hut too and no more chances ever ago. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!!! 0 stars for food 0stars for service And 0 stars for atmosphere

  I had the best server Marcela she was fast and friendly would want to have her again she did an amazing job making sure my party was taken care of with drinks and food and other things she deserves a raise

  I never do reviews. Not worth the time. But this. This is the reason why I stopped going to Pizza Hut. And ate dominoes. But people said oh they changed it’s great now. So I am not sure if it’s Pizza Hut as a whole or just this restaurant. But it sucks even worse than before. At least it was greasy. This was dry. And I asked for extra cheese. Look at the picture. Parts of the pizza bread doesn’t even have toppings. This sucks so bad. Whoever runs that Pizza Hut should be fired. So bad.

  West county was extremely busy with delivery orders due to two locations closing their doors. It didn't stop the west county crew from being extremely friendly and professional. The waitress, the cooks and especially the manager were on top of everything. I want to thank them for the incredible service. Thank you so much for everything!!!

  My usual Pizza Hut was the one on Andrew’s Hwy … since it closed down we go to the one on west county Rd. I placed an online order on 3/8/26 at 5:56 pm said to be ready at 6:18…. We show up and wait about 22 minutes before getting acknowledged. Then to be told it would be another few minutes for it to be ready. After another 15 minutes we ask again and we’re told it wasn’t ready yet . So we asked for a refund at this point and the gentleman working said ok that lady the “big boss right there was the one who can refund it” without even looking up she screams we are going to have to wait I’m behind and can’t do that right now. So my question is if she is this big boss…. Why does she not have good customer service, why can’t she be a good example for her employees and multitask to get a better flow going, and clearly not good at managing her establishment….. why is she in that position of “big boss” ? So we left with no refund and no pizza. Went to a quicker place called Little Caesar’s
