- DPDaphne PolkDec 26, 20251.0We came in and ordered BRISKET beans. We get 3 orders of beans with NO brisket. We go to the counter and after showing the staff that there was clearly no brisket they proceeded to argue and explain the process of making the beans. After repeatedly showing no brisket the only solution they had was to give us our money back. This could have easily added some brisket but the way this was handled was not good customer service. Then after a refund, the manager comes back over with more beans...like you could have done that in rhe first place instead you lost a customer 🙄
