The service has gotten slower, however what is really upsetting is today I pulled up to the window and the lady told me my total which was a little over 8 dollars. She then runs my card and as I check the th receipt after I left it shows that I was charged an extra .87 for a tip. Now I have had them ask me for a tip once before and I got to choose the amount but she didn't do this at all so my assumption is she just chose for me to leave a tip without getting my consent. I understand that it wasn't even a dollar but I don't appreciate that they charged me a tip that I didn't even consent to.
