  On Friday night I got home to see my order was all wrong. The pudgy girl who came to give me my food was horrible. I've been here a handful of time and have gotten good service from other people, but this time it was horrendous. The burgers weren't made right, fries were cold and one of the drinks tasted watered down. Worst part was when I drove by the back to leave thru the hobby lobby you could smell weed and no surprise there was someone in a sonic shirt by the trashcans. This place is such a disaster and it starts with management. If they aren't good leaders then you just have a body filling a spot. I'm surprised this location is still open at this point.

  Sonic is going down!! Slow service takes 30 minutes every time. Not just this location but All. But this one is one of the worst. Pay your employees more. This will be my last time doing Sonic, until they fix there issues. Order screens are always down. Why? You don't pay the employees enough not to fix your systems. Welcome to the New World Order BS- 2030 right around the corner

  The people who take your order, & bring it to you were fast, courteous (SUPER NICE), efficientl, thoughtful. The food was great & hot by the time I made it home. 😋🤤 I'd go back to the John Ben Sheppard Pkwy location again & again. 🥰
