No drinks. One waitress walked by. But nothing. I had to ask to see a menu. At that point I figured id enjoy tjr saltgras in Bedford tx. At least there i get waited on
- IXIsaac .XNov 16, 20251.0BE CAREFUL !!! On 11/12/25 my friend and I placed an Uber Eats order for a couple burgers and cheesecake . The burgers were amazing ! I have no complaints regarding those. The Cheesecake for whatever reason had a metal piece that I just happen to bite into when I was chewing. I’m lucky I noticed it . I made a report the same day to one of the managers and have yet to hear a response. I say just to be cautious cause you never know what surprises you’re gonna get .

- AMAshley MillerNov 6, 20252.0I would like to preface this with that saltgrass is my favorite restaurant so I don’t criticize them often, I came here for a birthday lunch with my family before leaving town, and from the time we entered the building requesting a table the host staff’s demeanor was just rude & not friendly (maybe they were having a off day) but kindness goes a long way. Once we were seated at our table, our waiter Ryan was a bit of a friendlier face not by much though but again he wasn’t super attentive to our table we maybe saw him 3 times total over the course of 90 minutes. Food was not great this visit, and Luke warm. This was mentioned to our waiter and no solutions were offered. Unfortunately with flights to catch we had to salvage what we could & go about our day. This was Sunday 11/2/25 around 3:30.

Ordered an appetizer snd was told 2p minutes later we werent getting it because they ran out. Said our sides we orded they were also out of.Did not receive our food until 950. The waitress was very nice. It was not her fault. They closed at 10. My wife's chopped steak was well done times 10 and ordered medium and looked like it had sat for hours. I ordered a 16 oz steak rare and something that looked like a 8 oz ribeye as well done as it could be came out. We told the waitress and because the restaurant was now closed she just said she would have the meals removed, but then came back and charged us for the salads that came with the meal we sent back. No manager came out to address anything. Not one to complain much but that was legit terrible.
