- AAAbnzFeb 14, 20265.0Went by today had Madison as our server she was very good never had to ask for a refill and we also got to meet one of the managers Dora in pink she was very sweet and noticed my mom was a bit cold and offered to turn down the ac, which she did right away and still came by to check on us and see how we were feeling after our meal. We will be making this a regular spot for our lunches service was best in odessa.

Miguel is doing a really good job of developing the front of house folks that served me like Eddie and Mike. Both of these guys are assets to the company. Just as impressive was the food – my T-bone came out perfectly cooked and flavorful. I would highly recommend Saltgrass anywhere, but if you’re ever in Odessa, stop by the one here because this team is awesome!

Our server, (Eddie)who mentioned they were relatively new to the team, was an absolute champ—attentive, friendly, and handled everything with such ease and enthusiasm that it made the evening even more enjoyable. The food was cooked to perfection, especially the steak which was done medium rare exactly as requested; every dish was flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and presented beautifully. The entire staff was amazing, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly elevated the meal. Thanks Chris for checking in, see you next time. Highly recommend—I’ll definitely be back! 5/5 stars
