Our waiter kept on bringing us the wrong drinks we asked for, she was talking WAY too fast for us to even know what she said. I feel like they should be clear when they speak and if they have our order ticket they should be able to look at it and see what correct drinks we ordered. She was training an employee who was observing what she was doing, but that was not a problem. She took FOREVER to bring the ticket to us when we were done dining. Bad service just from this one waiter.

Thank you to the workers who did their best while being shortstaffed! I think this was some of the tastiest food I've ever eaten- and the steak was the best I've ever had. Would definitely come here again!!

I know Sundays are exhausting to work and we got there a little late but she was genuinely so sweet, never made us feel rushed or feel like an inconvenience for altering our food alittle with add ons and such. She has the best attitude, and was so good helping us navigate the menu, recommended drinks and even hooked us up with the rewards program!! (Highly recommend) Chris the manager was awesome he came by to check on us and explain the rewards program to us to make sure we signed up properly and overall it was so nice to have a good experience, shout out to back of house and the heart of the restaurant the food was amazing!! Thank you guys! Can’t wait to come back! Ask for Abigail!

Then the managers and wait staff led us to the private room and introduced themselves to the ENTIRE staff working this evening THANK YOU!!! Everyone was so kind, professional, and accommodating to each and every one of our asks!!! We all had an amazing time. We all visit Saltgrass personally but now I’m positive we will continue with our company Christmas dinner here too! Thank you Saltgrass Odessa y’all were amazing!! God Bless Nayra

I even reserved my table a week ahead of time and still had to wait an hour to be seated with my group at uneven tables? The service here has gone down hill and this "Landry" member card doesn't seem to be worth anything at all...
