I waited for over 20 minutes then I decided to call and see what was going on with my order. When I called the store the lady that answered said that their doors are closed and I had to pick it up on the drive thru. I checked the mobile app and it stated that curbside was to closed at 6:30pm. I got here at 6:04pm waited over 20 minutes and they couldn’t even came outside to let me know. I called back a second time and told the same lady that I was calling for the Curbside order I wanted to see if I could just pick up at window because drive thru was packed she then dropped my call. I got on the drive thru and its been about 45 minutes now. This is not professional people are waiting out here for orders and then trying to figure it out I get my called dropped. I honestly would’ve left and not pick up my order but my son been waiting on this all day only for him I waited all This time. I have attached screenshot of my order being placed and trying to pick up and the website closing at 6:30pm! This is ridiculous. I am now at the drive thru struggling to get my order since it’s marked as picked up!!
