  First off this place sucks 85 percent of the staff doesn’t know English and they take forever to make your order they pay attention to the doordash orders rather than the order they came in its like they drop everything just to make a doordash order as of writing this i just got my order and they forgot some stuff in my order and the cashier asked if i was hungry when i grabbed my order plain out rude they need to fire everyone and restaff immediately

  Despite being busy, they still do their best to get food out quickly for everyone 👍 if maybe management can schedule more people? When I was here, I saw quite a few people getting visibly upset because they had to wait too long for someone to take their orders at the counter.

  Extremely rude service. The person taking the orders in the Drive-Thru had a ugly attitude and was very pushy for us to hurry up in order. We wanted a double cheeseburger meal and they only rang up one cheeseburger. When we pulled up they were rolling their eyes and Swain their hair back and forth as if they were in the bad girls club. Decided not to causing any trouble with him so we pulled up to the next window and brought the problem to the attention and instead of trying to fix the problem they just kept on repeating to us that we ordered the sandwich while we try to tell them we were trying to order the number nine but they ring it up as the sandwich. After a quick Blank Stare and them repeating themselves two to three times in the matter of seconds it was easy to understand that there was going to be no help for service and these women were looking to just play the blame game instead of resolving the problem. We would have paid for the extra meal we wanted the food but they just seemed too bent on trying to blame us for the misunderstanding and miscommunication.

  Worst Customer Service Ever. I placed my simple order, kids meal with chicken nuggets, drink, apple slices and an extra order or nuggets. - I get to the 1st windows no one's there to take my payment so I move on to the 2nd window. The young lady there thinks I'm heading her my money to give her as a tip, which I explain no, that I'm trying to pay for my order. She than hands me my order and closes windows right away, but I check my order and there's no apple slices or extra order of nuggets. So when she opens the window wondering why I haven't left I told her about my missing items. I pay her for the missing items since they didn't charge me, so that's fine. Than gives me a bag, receipts and apple slices closes window again before I can check my bag, to which it had large order of FRIES!!! instead of the nuggets!!! I'm there waiting for them to open the window, but had to hunk my horn cause they didn't bother coming to the window. Once they do, I tell them, they charge for the extra order of nuggets but gave FRIES! the guy at the window said ok OK fine, than closes the window, than the manager comes to the window gives me the nuggets and didn't say a word, not even am opology. To which I tell her, it be nice if you and your employees pay attention to your customers, to which she replied, we're only humans and you don't need to get upset just for an order of nuggets. Obviously she missed the whole point!! Is not just an order of nuggets, is having to go through so many loops and back and forth just to get my order right. When I noticed that the young lady at the window had difficulty with English I even talk to her in Spanish, and even at that got my order wrong!! So why not hired competent employees that can actually get the orders right, know about customer service and care about their jobs and not just getting pay for lame work performance!!
