The service was extraordinary and the gentleman Leo up front absolutely made my day. Welcomed me with a smile and gave me all sorts of suggestions. I most defiantly will continue to keep coming back. You have to try this food!
- APAndrew PradoDec 9, 20251.0Ordered online. Came to pickup order after 30 minutes which was designated time on email. There was no record of my order at pickup. They apologized that their online ordering platform isn’t working asked to make my pizza if I knew the order. I asked for a refund and they told me they couldn’t issue it. Couldn’t lookup my order to make it either. Instead my amount was written on receipt paper and I was assured it would get refunded next day by the manager. When I questioned them for not taking my name or confirmation order or contact info down they acted like I was weird and assured me they didn’t need it. I pushed back and said I’d like a manager to call me when it’s refunded and they told me she’s at the “other location” tomorrow if I wanted to call her. Well it’s four days later and I can’t track her down. Now I have to file a claim with my credit card company to get the refund. Can’t call anyone from the website only emails are allowed. I can’t imagine how well they handle those if in person complaints aren’t a thing.
