- IMIsla MartinezNov 28, 20252.0This has been my new go to location since moving but after this I dont know if I will continue to go. I had placed an order ahead of Thanksgiving for 8 gallons of tea. Upon pickup of the order they couldn't find find it. I didn't have a receipt to give them since I didn't receive one and for some reason it didn't save under my account on the app. I showed them a screen shot of my bank account where the money was taken out and the date it was taken to show that was the date I placed the order. They finally gave me the order but after everyone drinking tea nobody was happy. The mint sweet tea we ordered wasnt sweet. The mango fresko didn't even taste like mango and neither did the Ryan Palmer we ordered. I placed an order last year for thanksgiving of 8 gallons at the other location and zero issues with pick up and the tea tasted great.
