I hate the 25 items or less self checkout lane. They moved me from another lane to the self checkout the lady in front of us couldn’t figure out her card and we took longer standing around. I wish they wouldn’t move us to another lane.

Quite crowded but parking lot was under construction. Lines move fast, and plenty of samples of products/food on display. Love the HEB for quality meats and products.

Spoiled yogurts, spoiled berries, browned meats, low quantities stocked, all on a constant and regular basis. Also who ever is in charge of organizing aisle layout is absolutely out of their mind. It’s been months and everything gets rearranged every two days with no exaggeration to the point that your own employees don’t know where anything is on top of from being in a perpetual state of rearrangement 25% of the aisles are empty, boxes clogging traffic in pathetic hopes of maybe one day finding an aisle to belong on just to be taken back down and relocated the next day.
