I observed an HEB employee emptying the recycling container at the entrance of the store with the trash from the reciprocal beside it, it was clear to me that the trash and the recyclables were going to the same place. This is a blatant betrayal of customer trust having a bin for the recycling of plastic shopping bags is an advertisement of a false promise to recycle those materials.

Service desk issue. Diana (customer service) tells me I can only do 2-transactions per day. I was only there once earlier that day. Months back, I was told only 1-transaction per card. Diana calls Nicole (manager). Nicole then tells me only "1" solid transaction of "ANY KIND" per customer, per day! I asked her to understand better what she was saying, was that a bill payment, moneygram, cashing a check... I could only go in once to do so? She said, "yes". I could only do 1 transaction, because they were just recently audited! What if I have 2 bills, and need to cash my check to do so? She said I can only do 1. I go in every month to withdraw from 2 or 3 debit cards, in order to pay my rent in cash. I have never had any issues, or have I ever been told different, other than only 1-withdraw/transaction per card. Now this? Such a big inconvenience! I understood the 1- transaction per card, but now this So Dianas accusation of me being there twice before was wrong, it was only my 2nd time in there. And now Nicole states, only 1 transaction of any kind, per customer, per day!😑

Could y'all get your deli counter in order. They fold over the perforated part of the packaging on the pre-packaged stuff so that you tear the bag if you don't use scissors to open it. Like... why? And it happens way too often that I grab lunchmeat and get home to find that the contents don't match the label on the package. Seriously how do you even do that?? Can't buy the pre-pack meals here either. The meatloaf at least usually looks like it's broasting in the package. 2nd worst HEB I've ever shopped.
