Great selection and awesome customer service. Only complaint is the parking lot is so compact you can barely move around.

We gave this barbecue business three opportunities, and all three were unsuccessful. The first time we came, we were fed fat all around. The second time, our meat was invisible. The third time we requested a family platter, we were given fragments of beef. They never have enough meat available to sale. Midland is bomb diggity!

I love HEB usually, but this one is horrible. The curbside shoppers are so incredibly rude. They park their big carts in the middle of the isle so nobody can pass on either side. The the just push through the crowd and expect the customers to move or get hit. 2 of them were standing in front of the neat talking about if they hooked up with some dude last night. It was busy and when I asked if they could move, the big girl rolled her eyes and sighed at me. Give me a break. Talk about your extra circular activities after work. Be more courteous to the actual customers inside the store. Plus they don't know how to bag groceries. Who puts chemicals in the same bag as ready to eat foods? That's disgusting. Do better HEB

Under normal circumstances, we drive to the store to shop for groceries. I relied on delivery services for medical reasons to avoid crowded spaces. I placed my order early on Sunday for evening delivery. At the time of delivery, I received a notification that one item was unavailable. I chose to cancel that item, but it still appeared as charged. I called the store multiple times but was left on hold without an answer. I then contacted the 800 number and was told the item had been substituted with a larger, more expensive version. The representative explained she had also tried to call the store to cancel on my behalf but could not get through. I was then told my only option was to drive back to the store for a refund—completely defeating the purpose of using delivery. This experience shows that H‑E‑B is not adequately prepared to handle delivery services. The communication process is ineffective and does not meet the needs of customers who depend on this option. Additionally, speaking with someone from the store didn’t prove to be any better and confirms the process requires review.

Absolute trash. Over a few months 42 of 45 yogurts are sour (Lows and even Walmart has better dependability in quality, think about that), 99% of the berries are spoiled mushed, molded, or no where even close to ripe. All the meats are max 12 hrs away from browned out, and that’s if they even have what you need because it seems they constantly only stock enough for half of what is typically needed. The other HEB is even worse and this is exclusive to this specific town… hmm, curious. Better off shopping at Walmart, that’s pretty bad.
