Im an OTR truck driver. I stopped at this store on Oct 27th. Bought a Turkey Cranberry salad that cost $6.14 but was charged $61.48. I didn't catch it until the next day but I was already on the road in El Paso. When I came home I went to my local HEB I was told I had to contact Odessa because purchase was made there. I called this location and was told nothing could be done over the phone or E-mail. Had to go back to the store(I'm 600 miles away).Check your receipts because HEB will rob you, and not offer to help you in any way to make it right. Neither my local store or this one could help me. Here Everything in NOT Better.

Ok am I the only one that noticed there’s no more small handheld Red baskets to shop @ HEB Westside?? As I was walking in the North entrance I saw a cart with about 10 Red (baskets),so I grabbed one to do a mini run of groceries and about the time I was almost done shopping a Lady that works for “HEB Stocking department” Finds me across the whole Store and tells me “Sir that’s my Red Basket and I need it back to do my job!” Shocked, and confused I thought she was playing with me! She was actually NOT and I told her as soon as I’m done checking out I will gladly take you this Red basket. Everything worked out and she was very calm throughout the whole interaction. I feel like H-E-B should provide better tools for these employees to make their life easier to make our shopping experience better!! As always, H-E-B is amazing and I’m sorry for taking the red basket that belongs to this associate. Have a good day. #made my day ☺️
