After the second unsuccessful attempt the system signaled a REAL person to take the order. That was really frustrating. Making it automated doesn't mean it is going to be better.

It was either go to My Piasci or Olive Garden and spend over $100 for 2 people or spend $50 for the same amount of food and not have to deal with the wait time, attitudes, people and then the expected tip. Regardless of the service. So, Fazoli's was a hit again. I've been there twice through the drive thru and ate really nice when I arrived home.

Since I had never ordered I decided I would go to the restaurant and order there to get a better Idea of portions and options. That was a mistake! Manager was a little snippy and not too willing to help. She finally sent a gentleman who gladly assisted me and helped me tremendously. Also the gentleman who brought everything out to my vehicle was really sweet.
