As soon as the app showed it was delivered, we called the store..got placed on hold, then hung up on. When we called back, the employee insisted it had been delivered, even after we explained it wasn’t. The driver later admitted she left it “by the stairs,” but there was nothing there. Her response was simply that “someone probably took it.” We were then told we could have it remade but would need to wait another full hour with no guarantee it would be delivered correctly this time. The employee seemed not able to handle this situation correctly so she laughed and said she would just get a manager, the employee kept me on hold for so long I had to hang up and call again, just to request a refund. Once I called back to let her know I was on hold forever so long that I would rather just get a refund she did not apologize or try to make an effort she just said she would do the refund. The entire experience was unprofessional, careless, and frustrating from start to finish. This location clearly does not value basic customer service or accountability. Based on other reviews, it seems this is an ongoing issue. Management must be awful if this has not been corrected. Do better.
