I didn’t have a chance to go back to the store because I was on my way to work last night which was Friday, 12 December 2025 I ordered the seven dollar cheeseburger meal with the crunchy onions my fries or ice cold. My burger was burnt and I ordered a chicken basket. There was no bread in the basket. It was a six piece and the three pieces were burnt. Another piece was undercooked and the fries were cold. This is ridiculous. I tried to call the store several times but the line was busy pretty much all night again. I was on my way to work and I could not turn around and go back. I understand that things happen if people make mistakes, but this is ridiculous.
