When I was at DQ I got non spicy chicken tenders and they gsve me spicy, and most of tge drinks had to much carbonation or wasn't working I had to settle with sweet tea and big red dyed nice ice cream dip was good but over all 2 stars

Ordered an XL Chili Cheese dog and chili cheese fries. They mess up and give a small chili dog, no cheese and Texas size chili cheese fries and tell me they “can’t” fix my order. Finally they attempt to fix my order but get it wrong again, roll their eyes when I tell them it’s still wrong. They finally fix it, but I’m questioning whether to eat it now or not. Most uncomfortable meal to eat. What kind of customer service is this?

Great service when I placed my order. Quick and no hassle. Time from ordering to receiving the ice cream wasn't too long since their drive thru was busy. They were able to get orders for both in a timely manner. The chocolate Choco brownie extreme tasted great and hit the spot.

Our service was great and fast, lisssette was our cashier and she was so sweet and nice. Definitely recommend
