Used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but last couple times I've been in there, the food's not that great. It's slow service, polite people, just not what it used to be.

Came through here on our way home tonight. The dine in was closed, so we drove through drive through. The night manager informed us they were short staffed, which I completely get. The night manager was amazing! She was very personable and friendly! She made our time at the window one of the best experiences at a drive through that we've had. I wish I would have got her name to give her the recognition she deserves! This was our first time coming here and we definitely will be back!

So sad .. Arby's do better by your people.... I pulled up to the drive-thru to order and after about 5 minutes the poor employee told me over their radio that it was going to be about a 30 minute wait because there were only two of them working. She apologized profusely but I went ahead and just told her that I would go somewhere else because I didn't want to add to their grief.... I've worked in fast food in my life and know how demanding it can be. But for there only to be two employees in the store,still trying to catch up is absolutely ridiculous.They should have closed early. You're lucky you can keep anybody with that kind of treatment. Do better.
