We got in line at 5pm and ordered a hot white chocolate mocha and a pumpkin spiced latte with extra caramel. first off, it took over 25 minutes to get our drinks, the lady that checked us out even kept going in and out to see what was up with our order. 2. The white chocolate coffee was lukewarm and 3. The pumpkin spice iced latte was insanely disgusting! It tasted like milk with shots of caramel sauce 🤢strike 3, your out, those factors alone encourage me to steer clear from this place. I thought Starbucks was bad 😳

Twice I have received a caramel macchiato from this location not made properly. I have been drinking Caramel Macchiatos for over 15 years and this is the only place that fills the whole cup full of milk and there is hardly any espresso. The drink is not an off tan or tan.. it is white bc of improperly made. I asked once if they could remake it and the staff refused and the young lady wanted to explain this is how it is made… Just skip this location if you can. 8th street and Grandview are more professional and capable.
