Seriously, how hard is it to make a simple latte? And don't even get me started on the manager. When I asked to speak to them about the terrible service, they were completely dismissive and acted like I was bothering them. No apology, no offer to fix the drink—just a blank stare and a shrug. It was clear they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. The coffee itself tasted burnt and watered down, and the whole experience left me feeling ripped off and incredibly frustrated. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually know how to make coffee and treat their customers with respect. This place is a joke.

When I pulled up to order they would not attend to me! There’s just a bunch of young kids talking and complaining who’s turn it is to take orders . They even straight up looked at me and ignored me. It just irritated me to much so I left . They are so slow and distracted at this location. I recommend going to the 7 brew on grandview . Yes it looks busy all the time but they are friendly, extremely fast and work sufficiently. 8th street 7 brew they are fast but always rude !
