  I got a older colored lady she was very rude and barely added half the spoof of steak into my bowl and I made her aware and she just said she would have to charge me double stake which I don’t mind paying, but with what she added previously I shouldn’t have to. Mind you to the man before me she was super nice to and added extra protine without him asking her to so I never assumed she would put very little on mine. Hate being a Karen, but hated my service given there today.

  Went on a Sunday night to grab a bowl. Line was extremely long which I would not have minded, however it was the customer service being provided that made me turn around and walk out. I waited and watched about five minutes. The employees had no sense or urgency and were moving like they were bothered people were there at all. No employees were smiling or greeting anyone in a friendly manner. I don’t mind waiting for food, but if the employees are being dismissive and not creating an inviting atmosphere I’ll take my business elsewhere.

  I love Chipotle but the location here in Odessa is AWFUL. The line is ALWAYS messy, they’re always out of multiple things at once and give you an attitude about it. The area to sit down is downright just disgusting. Even during non peak hours. They rarely have ice, and the drink station is a sticky nasty mess. This is seriously every time I come. The staff is awful and rude to every customer for absolutely no reason. They’re SERIOUSLY awful.

  I waited in line for 30 minutes and there weren’t more than 8 people in front of me. I’ve never seen workers move so slow, and 80% of the tables were dirty when I walked in and when I walked out. There was no sense of urgency from the workers despite how long the line became and how slow it was moving. It was also not kept clean behind the counter with food everywhere. Worst experience I’ve had at a chipotle before. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

  Just had to praise the workers on how hard they work to satisfy their customers, came in and placed an order at 11 when they opened, and the place was already busy, and some lady with a hige catering order was pushing the employees to finish her order first because she had "somewhere to be at 11 and it was 1120" and was basically making the crew feel like crap because her order wasnt ready when it was said it would be. Just takes alot to deal with entitled people like that.
