Yesterday evening, I stopped by to pick up a couple of salads and a kids meal for my 3-year-old daughter. The young man at the drive-thru was very professional, asked all the right questions, and provided excellent customer service—definitely appreciated. However, when we got home and were ready to enjoy our meal, we realized my daughter’s 5-piece grilled nuggets kids meal was incomplete. It only included the nuggets and her chocolate milk—no fries and no toy. It was a bit disappointing, especially since she was excited for her meal. I chose not to return since it was already late, but it was definitely a letdown for all of us. Hoping this was just a one-time oversight, as the service at the window was great.

Pulled back around and told one of the employees walking back inside. The car in front of us took forever. Instead of bringing us the fries they expect us wait until we get to the area where they walk out. I flagged a guy and asked him to bring us the waffle fries. Our 2 year old doesn’t understand “we need to get to the window before we get the fries they forgot to put in the bag”! Too much talking and being friendly amongst employees and not enough paying attention to details.
