  Yall gotta switch that drive thru speaker guy, my gosh. He makes coming here feel so dreadful. And how are you going to start a conversation with “using mobile app?” Not even a full sentence smh. I guess it makes sense though.

  I don’t know what has happened recently with this McDonalds, but it is AMAZING! Of course, they have busier times where it can be slow, but what fast food restaurant doesn’t? I wish I could put everyone’s name who has helped me, but it’s quite literally all of them. Amazing job. Keep up the great work!

  This has got to be one of the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been too. When pulling up there is a kid/teen at the front asking what your mobile order number is, he mumbles and talks so low its' almost insulting the lack of effort he gives to the customer. He is always there and it's the same attitude with him. The fries are always half full, no matter what size you order, the drinks are so full it spills out of the top. The manager always ask what you ordered because she cant keep track of who is at the window. Any day you come here the line is jam packed, service is slow. Mobile order or not you will be waiting at least 10 minutes if not more. I've waited up to 20 minutes for a pick up order here. The food is just not good. It's the closet location to me so I have to come here instead of driving way out of my way.

  Awful customer experience. They never greeted me at the drive through sat asking if someone was there was anyone there, 3 cars behind us drove off. I drove around and a white guy at window 1 was just staring at us chewing and talking to a coworker or something then the 2nd window the guy had his back to us while on his phone, not talking like texting then I took pictures of everything called corporate and even they were acting like I was a bother. This is one of the reasons I don't go to McDonald's anymore! Sad. Its rare I try and this is what you get. With all the competition you would think you would get decent customer service and this is coming from someone who works in the customer service field as a regional manager.

  I come through to this McDonald's slot and I've never seen this new employee she's like short and she said her name is Sheriel she is the only reason I'm rating this store 5 stars she smiles greets kindly and she was super fast getting me my change and taking my order I hope she remains at this McDonald's because it seems like the other people don't greet enough or speak here I have nothing but a great review for her
