  The pizza we ordered was really unappealing. The toppings were uneven, the onions were not good, and peppers were shriveled up and discolored. Beyond that - the employees were not attentive at all. Dominos in Argyle has been way better, and we’ll be sticking with them from now on.

  I am an Uber Eats driver. The store got an Uber order at around 10. I showed up at 10:10 to pick it up and they said they are closed. I checked google and it says the hours are until 11…. I would make sure your store is not closing early and turning away customers. Not only does this affect my money and time but it affects yours.

  We ordered delivery. The delivery person opted to say we didn’t pay. Ended up calling and they came back and returned our money. Very sad as the tip would have been great. Instead it was awkward And he gave back the money after we called and ran off. We live in a retirement community and seemed like he wanted to take advantage. Very heisitant to ever order again

  Here’s a clear, firm, and polite complaint you can send to the restaurant or delivery app. I’ve kept it professional but strong, reflecting how disappointing the experience was: ⸻ Subject: Extremely Poor Pizza Quality – Excessive Barbecue Sauce I placed an order for a pizza with barbecue sauce, and the item I received was completely unacceptable. It appeared as though an entire bottle of barbecue sauce had been poured over the base, making the pizza extremely messy and inedible. I have never encountered such poorly prepared pizza before. When you place an order while hungry, you naturally look forward to enjoying your meal. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing and ruined that expectation entirely. This is not the quality or presentation one would expect from a professional food establishment.

  Placed an online order to be delivered at 5:30 . I attempted to call multiple times around 6 to see what is going on, and cancel my order since you have to call into the store cancel the order. No one picked up, so I had to place another order at a different pizza place to get food before I had to leave our house. The order got delivered at 7:43 with no one home, so they left the pizza at the front door. What person still expects a pizza delivery 2 hours later?
