  Called in to report excessive speed of a driver in a gold Toyota rav 4. Trey answered the phone, assured me he was management staff, and proceed to dismiss me and the issue as fast as possible. Not what I expected to encounter, after simply requesting a conversation be had with the driver. Do better. Better staff, better driving, papa John's.

  Beware! Read these reviews before ordering. They WILL be late on delivery, they WILL just leave it on your porch with no call/texr/ring/knock so that it’s ice cold once you call to try and figure out where it’s at and they tell you it was delivered, and they WON’T give a crap about it. I am awaiting a refund so we’ll see if they at least follow through on that aspect. Never again this Papa John’s..stick with Pizza Hut, Marcos, or Giovanni’s for delivery.

  📣 Food is high-quality and consistently 😋; conveniently located 5 min from 🏡; my 2 favorites: Pepperoni 🍕and the Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites; to place an order, App is user-friendly; Marcus and Josh are very pleasant and courteous; the Papa Dough is a nice perk! Thank You both as well as Charlie (Delivery Driver) and the rest of the hard-working, awesome Team; sometimes this can be a challenging-customer-service-business and some will have similar or different experiences, my experiences have always been positive and I invariably enjoy every bite of both of the above foods; irregardless of the myriad of reviews, you are greatly appreciated~👏

  Absolutely zero accountability. Ordered a simple cheese pizza that should take 8 minutes as per Efron who took the order. 15 Minutes later, waiting in The store when I asked about it he tells me that there a system issue and the order wasn’t in. The order was placed in store and Efron took the order in person, entered it wrong and wasn’t even sorry he screwed up the order entry. I’m still standing here in store and this guy still hasn’t shown an ounce of ownership yet. I wish there was a Zero rating… this is probably the 100th time I’m ordering here and it’s disappointing to get this level of service from Efron (if that’s his name because he was reluctant to share that). It’s been 25 minutes now and they’re still on it.

  The pizza we ordered was really unappealing. The toppings were uneven, the onions were not good, and peppers were shriveled up and discolored. Beyond that - the employees were not attentive at all. Dominos in Argyle has been way better, and we’ll be sticking with them from now on.
