I attempted to call multiple times around 6 to see what is going on, and cancel my order since you have to call into the store cancel the order. No one picked up, so I had to place another order at a different pizza place to get food before I had to leave our house. The order got delivered at 7:43 with no one home, so they left the pizza at the front door. What person still expects a pizza delivery 2 hours later?

Instead of calling me with a delivery question they marked our order as delivered so we went out in the neighbor hood looking for it. What a shame as we just moved to this area 6months ago and have never had an issue with other locations. Our first delivery the pizza was wrong but we didn’t complain. Second one never showed up and then we looked it was cancelled. Still don’t know why. So this is the third time ordering and third bad experience with them.

This location tackled my massive order an hour before we needed it- helped me load it in my car- and were hospitable with the entire experience. The GM was headed out the door when I called and clocked back in to help his team get my order ready to go on such short notice. AND the pizza was amazing!! Great service, great food!!! Thank you Papa John’s Northlake!
