  Terrible service. The two boys working there were terribly rude. They were both tucked in the back not easy to talk to. I tried taking my daughter to the bathroom and it was an emergency and I kept asking for the code and they were not able to give me the right code so we eventually went in the men’s. Because we couldn’t get the guys attention. Which of course the men’s bathroom was open but disgusting and unserviced.Then My 3 year old accidentally knocked over her smoothie. Spilled all over the ground. I felt so bad I began getting napkins to clean it up and apologizing The guy with the headphones came over to mop it and didn’t say a single word to me. Then went back to doing what he was doing. I thought maybe he was getting my daughter another smoothie because hers was nearly full. But no. Right before we left I asked if he could make her another one because he saw that the entire smoothie fell to the ground. He said no because we don’t allow that. And we needed to pay for another. Which of course caused my daughter to cry. Terrible experience

  Had a weird experience today with one of the employees. To the point I’ll probably just avoid this one now moving forward it’s was bizarre. I hate to admit that I go to tropical smooth often. I do change things up in my smoothies to make more protein and less sugar but I’ve done the same drink over 20 times it should be consistent if they are measuring correctly. First time I’ve ever needed to return my drink to be re made because it was way watered down and was not what I’ve ordered in the past. I walked back in thinking I’d have no issue because this specific man is always saying God bless and reading his bible when I go in and as a fellow follower of Jesus (or so I assumed) he should say “oh I’m sorry about that let me re make that for you” like normal customers service. NO he acted like I asked him to stick a a finger up his butt or something baffling. Acting so concerned and confused. Went to the other staff and started asking how he made the drink like I’m lying and like they don’t make mistakes like human beings. Goes to the back still weird talking to someone for quite some time telling them about me coming in. Not sure why that conversation needed to last for almost 5 minutes. Comes back without any communication beside one sec. Starts making my drink. I stated to communicate that you know sometimes when I get a coffee they don’t measure it correctly and then there is left over and they dump that down the drain and I’m not receiving all the coffee etc. he gave me the strangest look like this concept was so hard to comprehend. He said like yeah sometimes it can vary and I said no it shouldn’t if you’re measuring correctly. Then after he brings me my drink he has they really rude look in his eyes very condescending and sarcastic smile look on his face like it was such a burden and so hard for him to just remake my drink. Says have a good day in a very creepy way and no apologies or customers service that’s healthy. The point was the look he gave me. When I stared into his eyes it was evil feelings. I was uneasy.
