Avoid this location! After waiting 10 minutes to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes earlier. They filled a RT 44 cup with CO2 water and the slight remnants of dr pepper syrup. It looked like ginger ale! The wacky pack which should have contained a kids cheeseburger had a chili dog. The RT 44 diet coke contained Coca-Cola. The only correct item was unsweetened tea with a flavor add in.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The service was slow and the staff was not friendly, especially when handling Uber orders. It felt like customers were only attended depending on their mood. I hope management can improve customer service and consistency.

There was a guy who drove up on his motorcycle and after getting his food went into the drive through and did a burnout at the window and apparently he works here so I don’t think I’ll be coming back if they let their employees do burnouts in the drive through with people here

This sonic was not up to par from others I have been to. It seemed under staffed and the best way to get food is through the drive thru. If you park to eat it seems like you are not important.

Served a raw chicken sandwich!
Immediately contacted their customer service line and was told they would issue a full refund. Now fast forward three weeks later including multiple other attempts on the customer service line, still have no refund and we are now being told it is up to manager at this location to process the request and the corporate customer service line can apparently offer no help.
I have received no call/text/email from said manager despite being told they would do so right from the start. Absolutely horrible customer service!
