    HORRIBLE ! I order from them faithfully spend 50-80 almost everytime and today’s service was very unprofessional! I ordered through Uber Eats and when I received my order today from Luis the bag was missing 10 count wing I go through uber first to correct the situation and the refused to refund partially what I missed after I showed pictures etc . I contacted store location on Rufe snow and the guy said he would replace it I just had to bring back all the food (which I did ) when I got there he tells me sorry he said we can’t make it and pointed to the back kitchen I asked why he said he just can’t I asked for a manager and he said he will call he called the manager and he answer and agreed to remake items since I didn’t get everything . I brought back drinks and everything when Trevor blandain cashier / front area worker took it back the guy in the back that recounted to originally started talking and pointing at my food like he didn’t want to reheat what we returned after they replaced what was missing . The cook is very unprofessional and I won’t be back and then as we were asking for food back he waved us away and rolled his eyes only professional worker there was Trevor ! Thanks Trevor for what you did do . NEVER WILL GO TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN

    My sister and I came in today and there were practically no costumer’s and the worker was on her phone (which isn’t a big deal there was practically no one there). My sister ordered and (I didn’t I sat on the bench) after she ordered while my sister was getting her drink the worker said my sisters order was ready she said order for(my sisters name). I got up to get it for my sister (who again was getting her drink) and called my sister to come and to grab it while I was calling her I heard the worker say “yeah your welcome btw 🙄 “. While walking away from me while on her phone. I looked at the other worker (who was also on her phone). And she looked at me surprised so I knew that her cowerker was being rude. My sister walked over I said make sure to say thank you to her because she wants to make a big deal out of it I called her but she didn’t answer and just sat in her phone so we walked out. I used to work in a restaurant so I understand being on your phone when it’s slow but being rude to a customer being on your phone and then ignoring them when they wanna say thank you since you wanted to make a big deal out of it is stupid.
