There's one older gentleman who works the front counter and poor guy is disabled yet still doing the most. Get it together day shift!

I go back in they said oh we don’t have any cheese or onions . So you mean to tell me you just gone serve me these two burnt patties, hard fries and cold nuggets after having me wait 20 mins. Okay can I get refund ? No my manager says we aren’t allowed to refund . So you don’t have the food , took my money and won’t give it back . The store was filthy on the inside food everywhere on the floor, the stoves were dirty everything in there was dirty . They need to shut that place down. The health department needs to come and put some red tape up and I really want my $15.60 back .

This is unacceptable. We saw a lot of people bail from the drive thru because they were sick of waiting so long. Please avoid this location and take your hard earned money elsewhere.
