- LSLevi StephensDec 28, 20251.0I came in on Christmas Eve 12/24/25 around 7:45 pm. First, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. I placed an order through the app which was finished late. I stood there and waited quite a bit after the original pickup time on my order. I was the only one there waiting at the time, they were slow. My 2 footlongs were also made incorrect. The first one was made on the wrong bread but I ate most of it anyways. The second footlong was a spicy Italian flatbread which had cranberry sauce on it. My first sub had the cranberry sauce so I guess they accidentally put it on the second one as well. I threw the second one away without even touching it. I don’t complain or get upset easily. All I wanted was a refund. I tried the online subway chat multiple times originally and never received an email response so I went in person to hopefully get a refund and after some back and forth, I was denied a refund since it was an online order and they said they had no access to refund it. They could have given me cash, I just wanted my money back. I previously got a refund for an online order at a different subway also. Needless to say, save your time and don’t waste a meal at this location.
