I put on the app to refund me if it wasn't available, clearly this location doesn't care to read and will just send whatever because you're not physically there to watch them prepare your food.

The workers were having a difficult time with being harassed by a customer repeatedly placing an order and canceling and calling and complaining. I feel very strongly that these employees did their absolute best to remain professional and courteous while not allowing a potential scammer to defraud the establishment. Lee and Amber (I think that was her name?) were excellent. I'll be back for sure!!

- DLDezzy LimonSep 18, 20251.0I frequently visit this location and the sandwich makers often look like they just rolled out of bed. they are never happy and often complain about their team not showing up for shifts and working for pennies. Very low vibrational energy in this subway the tomato’s are always mushy and the sandwich makers are not cleaning their hands or utensils from one sandwich to the next so I decided it was best to visit other subways near the NE mall. I do not recommend this subway and would like to make note that the boss who is an Asian man is very disrespectful and has no integrity to run a business that is customer facing very rude and just not business oriented.
