- BCBishop CudeOct 23, 20251.0Went 10-15 minutes before closing. It's 10:55pm now. I went and saw it was open and turned in. I went for mozzarella sticks, and a couple Frito wraps with a small drink. I was told no food would be made as the kitchen was closed. No where does it say the kitchen closes before 11. I get it I've worked good service, hell I've worked for a sonic location previously. If it was before 11 we didn't deny customers. Little disappointed but I'll probably go again. Definitely before 10:45-10:50 though.

When he went back inside to grab one, he began loudly talking about me to other coworkers, making rude assumptions about me. When he came back with my straw, he realized I could hear him, and looked guilty, but didn’t apologize. Food wasn’t even good.
- TCTodd CarlisleOct 8, 20253.0Almost none of the kiosks work. The only thing that works is the red button. This makes it impossible to pay using your credit card thru the kiosk. Food is good, but the experience is not. I gave two stars for service, please note this is NOT the servers- they are generally great. It's the machines. This is not from a one time visit- this is from over a dozen visits to this Sonic.
