    it is December 14th 11:26pm sat there for 15 mins four cars also pulled in and then left we thought they were closed so we drove around to leave and the lady is outside having a good conversation on the phonei need a manager to respond ASAP

    I’ve been too plenty of Sonic’s and worked at one too. The kids or adults working here have no manners. Had to come back because they messed up my order I informed the carhop and she just rolled her eyes and gave a nasty attitude. I get it if they’re kids but still did your parents raise you with no manners. By the way the food that was messed up was a kids jr cheese burger plain just meat and cheese. How hard is it to just put meat and cheese on a bun. Anybody can do it. By the way I know how much they get paid. But just like I know how much the pay is I left to go get more money. If you don’t wanna leave that’s on you. Got back to the house and checked my food and found my burger covered in mayonnaise when I asked for mustard. I don’t understand how hard it is to do a burger job correctly. It’s really not. I did it with no help in the kitchen and never had a displeased customer. Management needs to crack down on these kids and either fire them or train them better. Just read some of the reviews on here complaining about the fries on tots. I can see it clearly they’re being reheated. Nothing is being made fresh. I guess sonic is really going down hill. Too bad it used to be a great place to get food.

    This might be a bit pretentious of me, and I’ve never had an issue with this place and the staff has always been friendly however, I just found out today that they don’t take tap pay on your phone, and that just seems a bit strange to me only becauseI’ve been to the most rundown businesses you can think of before and even they take tap pay on your phone. So how is it possible in 2025 that a sonic restaurant doesn’t take any kind of tap payment? Now I’m wondering if they even take debit or credit cards or do you just have to barter with them?

    Place can never get an order right with us. We don’t even order complicated food! Half my order was missing, the other half inedible. Quite frankly, there’s better Sonic’s around. I suggest the one in Colleyville off 26/Brown if you want edible food and your order to be correct. If I’m paying damn near $50 for 3 people, at the bare MINIMUM, I’m expecting my order to be correct.
