My husband and I ordered two large chili cheese tots today, only to come home with a less than half of the box full, with everything bunched up on one side, basically equaling to a small portion. If we wanted a small portion we would’ve paid the 2 dollars rather than 6 dollars for each. My husband drove back up to sonic, expressed that the portion and size of the tots was ridiculous and not even full and the manager could only offer us more chili and also explained that it comes in a “specific” portion size. Which is odd, because in the past we’ve never had this issue at other sonics, whether ordering a large or a small, it was filled. Whenever my husband asked for a refund and our money back they would not refund us. I find it shocking that they wouldn’t even give us our money back. Awful management, poor customer service, and honestly awfully disappointing, if you’re going to charge/sell larges give people their money’s worth.
