  Ordered online. Once I got here I put in my stall # & the app updated and marked my order as picked up. I thought, ok cook they should be bringing it. 15 mis later still waiting.

  We came here at 845 ish on 2/2 . Ordered 2 foot long cheese coneys , tator tots and ocean water with my husband . We saw one girl in her phone , the other cleaning and no one taking out orders for like 7 minutes . Then it took 20 to 30 minutes to even get our order bc the other cars that ordered more food than us got theirs first and they were there after us !!!!!!! Our food was not even cooked all the way and my husbands coney hot dog was almost green . Every time we come to this location, we get the worst service ! Even worst than the nastiest restraunt. That’s how awful they are . 0 stars if I could . Will never give them another chance . This is all their strikes

  I stopped for breakfast the other morning on my way to work waited 40 mins lady was very rude taking my order and kept coming outside with food but had no idea whos car it went to... A few cars before me started leaving before their food was brought out and eventually I had no choice but to leave without getting my food because I had to get to work before I was late
