When I arrived, they seemed to have no idea about my order. The host checked in back and said it would be a couple more minutes. About 7:25 I inquired again and it still was not ready. Finally around 7:30 my order was ready. I get it. Friday night, you were super busy, but adjust your app to add more time. I have better things to do with my time than play on my phone at your entrance for 15 minutes. I was not happy about this experience especially since the ladies I talked to gave me the impression I was bothering them rather than happy to welcome another Niki customer
