  They have a double drive and the person who took my order only barely understood English, which made taking the order for one sandwich take forever. In the other lane, two cars were able to jump ahead of me. They proceeded to hand my order to the car ahead of me which that customer unwrapped and showed the unwrapped sandwich to the workers before sloppily placing back in the wrapper and in the bag. The worker set the bag on the counter by the window and handed the customer a new bag. As I pulled up, you could have guessed, the manager handed me the bag I've been watching get passed around. And just to verify, I opened the bag and sure enough the sloppily wrapped sandwich the other customer handled was now in my possession. Upon handing it back and asking for a refund, the manager just looked at me without reaching for the bag and asked what's wrong?" When I explained that I watched this all of this unfold she proceeded to lie and say that they threw that sandwich away and that this was a new sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. After looking at the refund receipt I realized they refunded me someone else's order for less than what I spent. They went on to argued with me about what I ordered. This whole process took about 45 mins. Do yourself a favor and go to chickfila.

  The food quality at this location has been consistently terrible for years, but now you are on the verge of poisoning people. Sometimes I have no choice but to stop here and get my dinner on my way home from working a fourteen hour day— I am too dead on my feet to stand up in my kitchen and cook. Tonight, my Big Mac was swimming in sauce that smelled and tasted absolutely rotten, as if it had spoiled past its “best by” date. I still cannot get the taste out of my mouth, it is so foul. The fries were cold and hard, like stale slices of cardboard. The milkshake was lukewarm by the time it was handed to me through the window. I got two free pies out of it, though, probably either because they 1) knew what they were about to do to me and felt guilty or 2) needed to get rid of more of their old, stale food. I will be going to sleep hungry tonight, because I didn’t get to have dinner. Why is no one doing anything about this particular location? Please, for the love of God. All you have to do is care.

  Ordered 2 meals and an extra burger. 1 burger was suppose to not have ketchup or mustard. They forgot the extra burger and the plain one had mustard and ketchup. Tried to call to inform and kept getting hung on. I hope mgmt sees this post. Seriously doubt they’ll do anything but still hope they see it. Thanks a lot, now I can have dinner.
