  I went through the drive through and tried to order. He asked me my order and I gave it to him. No acknowledgement, was the. Just ignored. He asked again to take my order and I said I just gave you my order and he said ok and turned the speaker off so I pulled up. He said I didn’t give him my order and if I wanted anything I need to get back in line. I asked for the manager and he said he was. I asked for the store number and he said 76051. I said that doesn’t sound like the store number. He said it was and I needed to get back in line if I wanted food. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonalds. There are too many choices I will not be back.

  Poor customer service. I am a Dasher. On January 27th,I had a customer order food and the Manager on duty refused to make it even after I showed him the order and order number because it didn't pop up on his screen. I had the customer on the phone, I showed him the order, the order number and the address to THAT store I was sent to he was just saying no because, 10 minutes before closing they were shutting down. He could have comped it and or gave the order number to his GM or whom ever to fix their inventory. Instead, at 11 at night he left my customer stranded! I am a chef by trade, and I take my last seating all the way to the closing time. I may preclose but if you're open to 11 I should be able to order up to 11. Plus the customer paid for his food at 10:04 so that made me more mad. The guy paid for it and I'm there to pick it up. I showed him the proof and he refused. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! N

  Food is good McDonald's for sure, but I don't know why they let the manager, Rodolfo, blast his phone on full volume. We just leave and go somewhere else when he's doing that. Any other time, it's great.

  12-08-25 10:30AM. TODAY'S AM ASSISTANT MANAGER DOES NOT RECOGNIZE A TABLE ORDER. IT CLEARLY SHOWED 101. HE ALSO DIRECTED A WOMAN TO THE KIOSK AS HE STOOD IN FRONT OF THE REGISTER.
