I had 4 different employees speak with me, showed excitement for making my drink for its different combo, always a smile and a friendly employee here. Maya told me she made my drinks extra special and she did! Heard her bubbly self singing while working. You can tell this crew works well together. When the employees are happy it radiates to the customers.

It’s the perfect blend of bold espresso and smooth Irish cream, giving you that strong, rich kick without being overwhelming. If you love a drink that wakes you up, tastes amazing, and stays consistent every single time, the 911 is the one. It’s hands-down my favorite drink on the menu. The location itself runs incredibly efficiently, even during busy hours. The line moves fast, the service is personal, and the drinks are always made with care. You can tell the team here takes pride in what they do, and it shows in both the quality of the drinks and the customer service. Dutch Bros NRH is a true gem. If you haven’t been, treat yourself—and definitely try the 911. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I got caught up in the line that you were not able to order in till you got to the window. I waited 45 minutes before being able to put my order in while i watched all the cars in the other lane go through because they were able to order their drink before arriving to the window. Horrible experience and a waste of my time. What was supposed to have been a quick stop for coffee turned into getting stuck in a drive through line for almost an hour. 👎🏼
- JHJennifer HartgravesOct 31, 20251.0I used to love them, I got them multiple times a week because as a T1 diabetic, they have a great selection of sugar free syrups. When they remember to use them. I’ve now had several trips where I order sugar free, confirm sugar free at the window or on the app, and still end up with health issues due to receiving a full sugar drink. If you like them, great, but if you have health concerns maybe consider going somewhere else as this seems to be something they can no longer manage safely.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
