This is not okay and the only response is from Chipotle corporate saying to reach out to their website I'm sure for a gift card or something how about you FOX the problem and replace management and train them? This is the third time in 2 weeks that I stopped here to get food and they are out of almost everything and tell me it's going to be a 15 minute wait if I really want to have the ingredients I want this is like 8:00 p.m. so I get it a little bit but you're open until 11:00 for God's sake and then when I ask for a manager they just ignored me and I stopped and said no who is the manager and they said well I am but the other guy is in the office I just walked out this is ridiculous fix the problem this is the closest Chipotle to me I should not have to have this issue or I'll just start swinging over to fuzzy's down the street.

From the moment I walked up, Ashley, one of the employees, made me feel unwelcome by brusquely asking, “What do you want?” with no courtesy. Additionally, Catherine was seen giggling in the back, and when I addressed her, she became confrontational and aggressive. The manager Todd, was present but failed to intervene, reflecting poor leadership and a lack of customer service. Overall, we felt unwelcome and disrespected, and we are truly disappointed with this location. We sincerely hope they improve their customer service.
