It's "roast beef"... What do you expect. It's not a steak house, it's fast food.
It's pretty good for what it is, but don't expect filet mignon from a fast food joint

I haven’t eaten at Arby’s in years and now I remember why. I ordered the most basic thing on the menu, a classic Arby’s sandwich with a Coke and fries. What did I get? I got an Arby’s roast beef sandwich with melted cheese on some weird bun! And the fries weren’t even really fries! I got like 3 fries and the rest were just hard crunchy pieces 😠 maybe in another three years I’ll try again 😡

If I could give zero stars I would! Last night me and my husband ate here and the manager was absolutely rude! Looked like she hates her job and hated the fact of people eating in the lobby! We were leaving so I went to refill my drink she looks at me with disgust and goes there ain’t nothing in there.. I was like oh ok.. I asked what time they closed she said 10 it had just turned 9! She needs to do better or find another job!!!!!

Ordered food online 45 min in advance and they cancelled my order 5 minutes before my pickup time. I tried to call and the line was busy for 15 minutes...won't order there again.
