  I will never go here again.. the orange juice is watered down and the avocado bagel we received was inedible. The avocado is so unripe that I couldn’t even squish it with my fingers. Also my three cheese bagel with the onion and chive cream cheese was delicious however I asked for it toasted and it wasn’t warm at all. The only thing that had no problems was the apple juice I had which was packaged by the simply brand. The lady that took our order was not very friendly I know not everyone wants to go to work heck I don’t want to but dang. I’m only giving a two star because it’s harder to remove than a one star. I would give this place zero. We would have asked for our money back but we have to go catch a plane. I did write to the Einstein customer service asking for a refund. I will report back letting you know what happens with that.

  Like there bagels but six bagels for almost $10 a little pricey across the street at Kroger‘s same bagels $3.99

  I went to bagel shop on Saturday and ordered to go farmhouse bagel toasted, 2 toasted pretzel bagels all 3 with onion and chive spread. I also ordered the big heavenly cinnamon roll, I don't remember the name of it but it was amazing. All 3 of my bagels were burnt. I called the manager and she told me I could come back and get bagels remade, so I went back on the next day. The lady was very understanding and respectful making the bagels. My food was done great, I had more than one piece of bacon on the farmhouse (nice to be able to taste bacon). I was so satisfied with Sundays experience so I would definitely recommend the farmhouse bagel and desert. Thank you for not giving me a hard time.

  Analena and Leona helped me decide what bagel I wanted to try today and we had a good laugh over the egg shaped sugar cookie. Super cute! I'm new to this bagel place and try something different every time. A sugar cookie may just be on the try list next time. 🥰
