  I just left the Dunkin’ Donuts location, and it was hands down one of the most frustrating fast-food experiences I’ve had in a long time. My wife and I stopped in for a quick breakfast after dropping our kids off—nothing complicated. We ordered a coffee and two sandwiches, paying extra for sausage. Somehow, even that was too much to get right. After waiting 10 minutes, we got our food… with no sausage. I politely pointed it out, and they took the sandwiches back. Another 10 minutes goes by, and we finally get them again—only this time, my sandwich is missing part of the croissant. At this point, it felt like a joke. Since we were now in a rush (because this “quick breakfast” had turned into a 25-minute ordeal), I just asked for a refund on mine. They gave it, but now I’m standing there with nothing to eat while my wife finishes hers. To “make it right,” they offered hash browns. Sounds great—except after another 5 minutes of waiting, those never showed up either. No communication, no urgency, nothing. So in total: wrong order, long wait times, remake done incorrectly, and then another item promised but never delivered. I walked out frustrated, still hungry, and wondering how a place built on speed and simplicity can get literally every step wrong. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I’d recommend others double-check their order—or just save themselves the headache and go somewhere else.

  TLDR; lady at the window as mean. The coffee my husband got tasted like chemicals and made him sick to the point of throwing up. Our food also tasted off. Don’t get food or drinks here! Went to get doughnuts and coffee for a new years treat. The person in the drive though wasn’t very kind during the ordering process and when we got to the window - our order was wrong. She explained to us condescendingly that we actually ordered our drinks wrong. (We didn’t) We shook it off cause what ever people are grumpy in the morning but yay we got our treat! That was our assumption anyway. My husband mentioned his coffee tasted off (and didn’t drink any more) not ten minutes later - stomach cramps, gas and when we finally got home vomiting. I didn’t get sick however; my bagel tasted like how a dirty refrigerator smells. For how much we paid for all of our food and for how poorly we were treated at the drive up and now tummy troubles this was not a great way to start out the year :/ Dunkin please double check your equipment something either wasn’t properly rinsed or some of your milks may be expired.
