  Went through the drive thru this morning at 10:15 am and the young lady that was working was very unfriendly with 0 customer service skills. She handed me two cups with soda running down the side. I mentioned it and she stared at me and I had to ask for a napkin to clean it off. Then was told that they didn't have Arby's sauce? Got home to find out she didn't give me any straws. Maybe management should hold some customer service training.

  Went last night and went through the drive through was asked if I was using the app and after I answered I went to give my order and no one answered me for about five minutes after that I said that I was going to the window and sat there for another five minutes waiting for someone to come to the window. After waiting at the window I went in and saw that there was one lady that had the headset on not answering and the other was on the counter after the man asked me at the drive through and he was mopping the front. When I got home and started to eat, the food was the worst that I had and even the drink tasted like they don't clean there drink machine. Never going back!!!!!

  Bad management at the store the restroom really dirty they only have 3 great employees they need more employees those big rush you yall gone be losing great customers and employees better schedule people for the big rush at Saturday night food is basically thrown at you…do better Arby’s NRH!

  The first and last time I order a cordon blue. Look how thin that cold chicken is. It did not even cover the whole bun .I added bacon. Something was extremely salty. I usually order the rueben but they been inconsistent with the amount and at times it does not cover the whole sandwich. I am going to start going somewhere else even it is a little further away.
