  They have a new item on the menu the smashburger the double smashburger that has to be the most delicious thing I have eaten from a Sonic in a long time, I was just impressed all the way around this place.

  Have I had a couple of issues with the Sonic, but it is close by so that’s the only reason we go there. On about two or three occasions have ordered a large milkshake and they never fill it up not even to the line at the bottom of the brim where the girl told me that it is supposed to be. When you pay seven dollars for a drink, you have somewhat expectations that it’s gonna be what you’re ordering. Tonight a young lady that works there proceeded to tell me that they are the only Sonic in the district that makes the foods exactly like they’re supposed to and for me not to come back if I don’t like how they make the food. I thought that was very unprofessional. I had two milkshakes tonight she was showing me on the line One of them was to the bottom of that brim where they were supposed to fill it when I was asking her to show me that First she said the line was inside the cup and then she said it was the bottom brim. I don’t even know if this is true or not.The other one was way under. She was very, very rude, argumentative did not offer to remake the large that I had the actual problem with just kept telling me that they go by the rules & Not to come back. She also told me if I have a problem I need to contact customer service which I did and it was a call center somewhere overseas long hold time and I couldn’t understand the lady, but she did take my complaint and offered a free small milkshake wow.. Whether she puts it on the app or not, I can’t say that because it’s not there yet I know that people that work in these places are severely underpaid & overworked in most cases, however, they shouldn’t take it out on the customer and they shouldn’t act like that the food, ketchup and the sauces is coming out of their paycheck!!!
