  Always have a terrible experience here, I had the worst one 2 months ago and haven’t been back. My dad ordered food and decided to try this one again, they once again forgot food, things not wrapped/just thrown in the bag, etc. Regretting my choice of trying it again🙄

  My little sister just went to there taco bell to get food she had frozen stake in her food and half of my barito was cold, both our food was cold and the manager or the cook say in Spanish if they don't like the food it's not my problem, get a better manger or better workers I would never let my workers or managers talk that way to someone paying for food so fix your staff at your location.

  I stopped by recently and placed an order in the drive‑thru. The cashier asked me to pull around to the front to wait for my food. While waiting, I noticed an employee sitting in his car, and I assumed he was on break. After waiting about 10 minutes for three tacos, I went inside to request a refund. At that point, I realized my order hadn’t been prepared because the employee who had been outside in his car was apparently the one responsible for making it. My food wasn’t started until he returned inside. This was disappointing and not reflective of good service. I hope this was an isolated incident.

  Seem like everyone in here had a attitude because I asked the question of how long do you think it'll take and they were already seven to eight minutes late with my food and had the audacity to tell me I can just go somewhere else that was a very rude and considerate and out of character I'm a customer You should not treat customers like that we spending our hard earned money but it's okay I will never be back and the food taste like dog food anyway I don't know what they gave me some old food or whatever it was because of they had attitude with me I shouldn't have never ate the food but I did and it was horrible and I'm not saying that because of the bad service that they gave me I'm telling the truth
