  I usually take my pizzas at the 1314 location in Porter but I had made a mistake and chose the one in New Caney instead. I walk in, with my phone screen showing my order details for pick up, my name included, and tell the lady working the register “Hi, I’m here for pick up”, as I turn my phone around to show her the screen. She looks at me, looks at the phone, not even for a second, and tells me “That’s not going to help me. Your name?”. I think this was an insanely rude way of greeting a guest. It was my first and last time ordering at this location. Do not recommend, head over to the 1314 location instead.

  I made an order online today on 03/18/2026. I ordered the special looney tunes box special and on the pizzas I ordered was a supreme and the other was a cheese . When I got home and opened the box , The Supreme was missing many topping like the onions ,green pepper ... and the cheese was missing the extra cheese and extra sauce. I tried calling them Multiple times and they keep hanging up on me. I need a refund or credit for this 039325 Ticket #0028
