  Always forgetting to put stuff in the bag. Trash McDonald and the phone doesn’t even ring when you call. I want my burger or my money

  ​I ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel with extra onions and added bacon, but they completely forgot the egg. I had to turn around and drive back to get the order fixed. When I asked for the sandwich to be made fresh since it was now cold, the manager, Elizabeth, told me it would be a 3-minute wait just because I requested it fresh. Frustrating experience and poor customer service.

  ​5 Stars ​I’d like to recognize the manager, Teo, for his outstanding customer service. Having frequented this McDonald's over the last few years, I’ve consistently noticed his proactive leadership. ​Whenever a customer is waiting for an extended period, Teo takes note—even when he’s busy in the back. He makes a point to approach guests, acknowledge the wait, and personally address their needs. No restaurant is perfect, but strong leadership like his truly makes a difference.

  Every time I go there at night there's supposed to be open 24 hours and they tell me that they're not taking orders every every time that I go after hours

  They don't speak English and they hardly acknowledge the customers. Mostly because they prefer standing around talking amongst themselves in Spanish SO FRUSTRATING
