We waited over 20 minutes for our food, and when it finally came out, it was cold.The pregnant waitress remain positive though out the experience , the manager failed to do her responsibility in making sure all the customers are happy and satisfied. I asked if the meal would be free since we waited so long and the food wasn’t even hot, and they said they would only do half off. Why should anyone pay for cold food after that kind of wait? I was so dissatisfied with my experience there. No real apology, no urgency, no customer care. This place clearly doesn’t value its customers. Definitely won’t be back.

We were told the rest of his meal was still being prepared, so he sent the pancake back because he wanted his entire meal at the same time. When the remaining food finally arrived (not a long wait), it was cold, which was confusing since the pancake had been hot before. His meal had to be remade, and by the time it came out again, I had already finished eating. Instead of enjoying brunch together, he rushed through half his meal while I sat there done. Given the situation, I asked for his meal to be comped. Management only offered half off, which felt inadequate considering the service failure and the fact that our shared meal experience was completely disrupted. This could have been handled better. Do better.
