Service is horrible, they truly don't care about customer service, just want to get people through. I ended up speaking with the manager, who couldn't have cared less about my concern, and basically just kept telling me "look we're busy" pointing and the line. And don't bother doing the online waitlist. Unlike all other restaurants offering this, the manager here told me joining online doesn't make a difference. They won't actually add you to the list until you check in in person, and then you get put at the bottom of the list, so whoever walked in before you will still be ahead of you. Because like the manager said "hey, we're busy". Who needs customer service when the place is busy without? I've been to plenty other trying to be uppity and "in" restaurants, and all make you feel welcome and put service first. Hard pass on this place.

And my husband's Yoke Lover's Breakfast was delicious & filling. But what really made our lunch so enjoyable was being cared for by sweet, attentive Fernanda.
