  We had a fantastic dining experience at Saltgrass Steak House! From the moment we walked in, the entire restaurant staff was amazing, welcoming, professional, and attentive. ​A special shout-out to our server, Robert. He provided top-notch service that truly elevated our meal. He made sure everything was perfect! ​As for the food, it was absolutely superb. Every dish was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. We enjoyed every bite and will definitely be visiting again soon. Highly recommend asking for Robert if you want the best seat in the house!

  I unfortunately didn't take a photo of my meal, which was absolutely delicious. I ordered grilled Shrimp with a side of garlic butter, loaded mashed potatoes, and carrot cake for dessert. Service was magnificent and the Manager was pleasant. Wonderful experience overall and I will definitely continue patronizing this fine establishment.

  Shoutout to Lili at Saltgrass Steak House for being such an awesome server! She was super friendly, kept everything running smoothly, and just made the whole meal that much better. It’s always nice when you can tell someone really cares about their customers. We’ll definitely be back and asking for her again

  I had an amazing experience at Saltgrass Steak House and wanted to leave a review because everything was truly top-notch. My waitress, Lili, was absolutely phenomenal — friendly, attentive, and made sure every part of our meal was perfect without ever feeling rushed. Her service really made the whole experience even better. I will be requesting her every time The filet Oscar was incredible — perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food and presentation. From the service to the meal itself, everything exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!

  All I can say is wow. Went here tonight for date night. Wait was not bad about 15 minutes. Sat by the entry of the kitchen. At first, service was not bad and ordered within 5 minutes of being seated. After that is all down hill. Being where we were, server never checked on us. After 30 minutes we finally received food. My steak was way under cooked. Wife's burger and fries cold. Food was taken back to the kitchen. About 10 minutes same steak comes out and still under cooked and did not see my wife's burger. At that point we were done for the night and said we are just going to leave. Food taken off the table and then quiet. After sitting for another 5 minutes, we stopped another waiter and asked for the manager. They said the manager is with someone else and will be right there. After waiting more I was leaving (gave up) and while walking out my wife found the manager and was told sorry, kitchen has been messing up all evening. Asked if we owe anything for the tea's we got and at least I got my salad and they said $4.00 but I guess we can waive that for you. I have waited tables and in management. If you have a part of your business not performing do not let them keep failing. Stop what they are doing and organize a plan to get them back on track.
