    Delivery driver was 10/10 Manager needs to be given a lesson in customer service. Rude to customers. I will not order from this location again.

    The pizza was slightly undercooked and doughy. I believe this is the second time this has happened at the New Caney location. I won’t be coming back to this location.

    The assistant manager with the pink hair and piercings on her face was the most disrespectful little girl! They messed up my order. I showed them on my email that I had gotten when I ordered and because whoever took the order put it into they system the wrong way she told me I had to pay for a different pizza that was made the correct way that I had originally ordered it. I have never heard that before in my life. They messed up the order then try to make me pay for another one for it to be correct. Then be disrespectful in the process. Absolutely not. Needless to say I WILL be contacting an actual manager

    Ordered pizza and waited over an hour. Called them and they said the driver knocked on our door with no answer. Called them again. and they said they would rush our order out. I declined and asked for a refund. Still no refund many days later. Don’t trust them and won’t be ordering from them anymore.
