Management/lead staff were extremely rude over simple questions, and their attitude was unprofessional. What bothered me most was how they treated their own employees. The cashier appeared intimidated just trying to ask a question and was spoken to rudely in front of customers. It created an uncomfortable environment, especially while dining with a child. Everyone deserves basic respect customers and staff alike. I hope upper management addresses the behavior of leadership at this location. To the cashier guy tonight, thank you for being patient & polite.

They told me the fries were all there and refused to refund me. They said if I drove all the way back they would give me more fries. I was tired and had to much to do to go back. Plus, I spend more money for their mistake when I am just asking for a refund for 1 fry basket. I was a regular customer. This was Sunday afternoon shift. Never have issues with weekday morning shifts!
